of <h1>Customs Duty Rate Reduced from 40% to 30% Ad Valorem in Amendment to Notification No. 115/93-Cus.</h1> Notification No. 36/95-Cus., dated March 16, 1995, amends Notification No. 115/93-Cus., issued by the Government of India under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, enacted by the Central Government in the public interest, changes the customs duty rate specified in the original notification. The rate is adjusted from '40% ad valorem' to '30% ad valorem.'
