of <h1>Central Government Updates Customs Notification to Include Casein, Resin, and Polyurethane Binders in List 3(A) for Public Necessity.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 11/97-Customs, dated March 1, 1997, under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, issued through Notification No. 64/97-Cus. on August 20, 1997, modifies List 3(A) of the original notification. Specifically, item number (36) and its related entries have been updated to include 'Casein, resin (other than acrylic resin), and polyurethane binders.' This change is implemented in the interest of public necessity.
