of <h1>Patna and Varanasi Airports Designated as Customs Airports for Nepalese Goods Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government has designated Patna and Varanasi airports as Customs airports for handling Nepalese goods under the Customs Act, 1962. This notification supersedes a previous one from November 28, 1970. Patna airport is authorized for unloading baggage from tourist charter flights, Nepalese goods, and baggage imported from Nepal, as well as loading Indian goods and baggage for export to Nepal. Varanasi airport is designated for unloading Nepalese goods and baggage imported from Nepal and loading Indian goods and baggage for export to Nepal.
