of <h1>Central Warehouse at Kapadra designated as inland container depot under Customs Act, 1962, for export goods loading.</h1> The Central Government has designated the Central Warehouse at Kapadra, located near the G.E.G. office on Varachha Road in Surat, as an inland container depot. This appointment is made under the authority of clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The warehouse is authorized for the loading of export goods or any specific class of such goods. This notification is issued under Notification No. 66/94-Cus. (N.T.) dated November 25, 1994.
