of <h1>Customs Act, 1962: Amendments to Import Manifest Regulations Revise Forms and Specifications Effective July 1, 1995</h1> The Import Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1971 have been amended by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the Customs Act, 1962, effective from July 1, 1995. The amendments include revisions to regulation 3, specifying that the import manifest must consist of an application for entry inwards, a general declaration, a cargo declaration, a vessel's stores list, and a list of private property of the crew. Regulation 4 now specifies the sizes of these forms. Additionally, updated versions of Forms I to V have been provided, detailing the required information and format for each form.
