of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 11/96-Cus. Updates Exchange Rates for Export Goods Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 11/96-Cus. (N.T.) regarding exchange rates for export goods under the Customs Act, 1962. Effective from April 1, 1996, the exchange rates for various foreign currencies into Indian rupees have been updated. Schedule I lists the exchange rate for one unit of foreign currency, including the Austrian Schilling, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, and others. Schedule II provides the exchange rate for 100 units of foreign currency, including Belgian Francs, Italian Lira, and Japanese Yen. This amendment supersedes the previous notification dated February 28, 1996.
