of <h1>Amendment to Central Excise Rules: Polyester-Wool Blended Yarn Now Covered in Notification No. 107/87-C.E.</h1> The Central Government has issued an amendment to Notification No. 53/87-Central Excises, dated March 1, 1987, under the Central Excise Rules, 1944. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 107/87-C.E. dated March 31, 1987, modifies the entry in S. No. 11 of the annexed table. The revised entry now specifies 'Polyester-wool blended yarn, whether or not containing other natural textile fibres' as the subject of the notification.
