of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 23/95-Central Excises: Invoice Details Updated, Adds RG-23D Entry, Tariff Classification & Sub-Headings</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued an amendment to the notification No. 23/95-Central Excises (Non-Tariff) dated May 30, 1995, under the Central Excise Rules, 1944. This amendment modifies the particulars required in invoices issued by registered persons. Specifically, it adds an entry for 'Entry and page No. in RG-23D' in item 1, sub-item (b). In item 5, it revises the entry for the name and address of the manufacturer/importer and updates the description of goods to include tariff classification and sub-heading numbers.
