This committee, formed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson and members from various government departments such as Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Finance, and Industry. M/s. Platinum Holdings Private Limited, the developer, is represented as a special invitee.
