Odisha Govt Sets October 1, 2023, as Start Date for Odisha GST (Amendment) Act, Sections 2-26 Implementation.

The Government of Odisha has issued a notification under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023, designating October 1, 2023, as the effective date for the implementation of sections 2 to 26 of the Act. This action is taken under the authority granted by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, representing the Finance Department.
