This amendment, outlined in Notification No. 39/2023-Customs, dated June 14, 2023, modifies the duty rate to 12.5% for specified entries in the notification table. The changes are enacted under the Customs Act, 1962, and are effective from June 15, 2023. The principal notification was initially published on October 13, 2021, and last amended on December 29, 2022.
