of <h1>Tripura forms Appellate Authority for GST Advance Rulings, replacing 2020 notification, effective February 8, 2022.</h1> The State Government of Tripura has established the Tripura Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. The authority comprises the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax (CGST) and the Chief Commissioner of State Tax (SGST). This new authority supersedes a previous notification issued in November 2020. The notification is effective from February 8, 2022, as ordered by the Additional Secretary of the Finance Department, Government of Tripura.
