of <h1>Delhi Amends GST Notification to Include 'Sub-section (6A)' Effective September 2021.</h1> The notification issued by the Finance (Expenditure-I) Department of Delhi seeks to amend Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax dated May 25, 2022. Under the authority of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, following the Council's recommendations, inserts the words 'sub-section (6A) or' into the first paragraph of the original notification. This amendment is effective from September 24, 2021. The principal notification was initially published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, under the specified reference number.
