of <h1>Tamil Nadu amends GST Act 2017: Updates seafood, vegetables, nuts, and coconut water entries effective January 2022.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu has issued amendments to the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifically modifying Notification No. II(2)/CTR/532(d-5)/2017 from June 29, 2017. These changes include updates to the schedule of goods, such as substituting entries for various serial numbers related to seafood, preserved vegetables, nuts, and tender coconut water. A new entry, 97A, is added for tender coconut water, and entry 101 is removed. The amendment will be effective from January 1, 2022.
