of <h1>Telangana Extends GST Anti-Profiteering Compliance Deadlines to March 31, 2021, via Retrospective Amendment.</h1> The Government of Telangana has extended the due dates for compliance with Anti-Profiteering measures under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) until March 31, 2021. This extension is enacted through an amendment to a previous notification, changing the deadlines from November 29 and 30, 2020, to March 30 and 31, 2021, respectively. This amendment is made under the powers conferred by the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and related legislation. The notification is effective retrospectively from December 1, 2020, as ordered by the Chief Secretary on behalf of the Governor of Telangana.
