of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Implements Provisions of Finance (No. 2) Act 2019; Sections 92-112 Now Effective, With Exceptions.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, through its Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, has issued Notification No. 01/2020 (State Tax) dated January 1, 2020. This notification brings into effect certain provisions of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019. Specifically, it enacts sections 92 to 112, excluding sections 92, 97, 100, and 103 to 110, effective from January 1, 2020. The notification is authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax in Arunachal Pradesh, utilizing the powers granted under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019.
