of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends GSTR-4 Filing Deadline for 2020-21 to May 31, 2021, Following GST Council Advice.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the deadline for filing Form GSTR-4 for the financial year 2020-21 to May 31, 2021. This decision follows the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council and amends a previous notification from May 16, 2019. The amendment stipulates that individuals must submit their GSTR-4 returns for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, by the new deadline. This notification is effective from April 30, 2021, as per the directive issued by the Revenue Department.
