of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends GST annual return deadline for FY 2019-20 to February 28, 2021, per Notification 95/2020.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department issued Notification No. 95/2020-State Tax on January 13, 2021, extending the deadline for submitting the annual return under section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the financial year 2019-20. The new deadline for electronic submission via the common portal is set for February 28, 2021. This extension is made under the authority of the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in accordance with the relevant sections and rules of the HPGST Act and Rules.
