of <h1>Bihar GST (Second Amendment) Act 2020: Sections 3-10, 13 Effective from January 1, 2021, per Notification S.O. 74.</h1> The Governor of Bihar has designated January 1, 2021, as the effective date for sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 to come into force. This decision, formalized in Notification S.O. 74 dated January 14, 2021, is executed under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax-cum-Secretary on behalf of the Governor of Bihar.
