of <h1>Puducherry extends GSTR-1 submission deadline: Monthly filers by 11th, quarterly by 13th of following month.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The new deadline is the eleventh day of the month following each tax period. For registered persons required to file quarterly returns, the deadline is extended to the thirteenth day of the month following the tax period. This extension, effective from January 1, 2021, supersedes previous notifications issued in October 2020.
