of <h1>Delhi GST Amendment Act: Section 10 Effective from September 1, 2020, by Lt. Governor's Order.</h1> The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has designated September 1, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of section 10 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (ii) of section 1 of the same Act. The notification, issued by the Finance Department, formalizes the commencement of these provisions as per the order of the Lt. Governor.
