of <h1>Nagaland Extends E-Way Bill Validity Until May 31, 2020, for Bills Expiring March 20-April 15, 2020, Under GST Act.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has amended a previous notification under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from May 5, 2020, extends the validity of e-way bills generated on or before March 24, 2020. If these e-way bills were set to expire between March 20, 2020, and April 15, 2020, their validity is now extended until May 31, 2020. This decision follows recommendations from the Council and is intended to provide relief under the specified GST rules.
