of <h1>Meghalaya GST Rules Sixth Amendment: EVC Submission Allowed for GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 from April to September 2020.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has issued the Sixth Amendment to the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, effective from May 27, 2020. The amendment allows registered persons under the Companies Act, 2013, to submit returns under section 39 in FORM GSTR-3B and details of outward supplies under section 37 in FORM GSTR-1 using electronic verification code (EVC) from April 21, 2020, to September 30, 2020. This amendment aims to facilitate compliance during the specified period.
