of <h1>Tripura Enforces Finance Act Section 128, Amending TSGST Act Section 140, Effective July 1, 2017; Clause 11 Effective May 18, 2020.</h1> The Government of Tripura, through its Finance Department, has issued a notification to enforce Section 128 of the Finance Act, 2020, which amends Section 140 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (TSGST) Act, effective from July 1, 2017. This enforcement is in accordance with the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. The provisions of clause 11 of this Ordinance are to be effective from May 18, 2020, as authorized by the state government. The notification is issued under the authority of the Joint Secretary of the Finance Department.
