of <h1>Mizoram appoints State Tax Commissioner as Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling u/s 99 of MGST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has appointed the Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) under Section 99 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (MGST) Act, 2017. This appointment supersedes a previous notification dated March 22, 2018. The appointment is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further orders. The notification was issued by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, on August 14, 2019.
