of <h1>Odisha Extends Deadline for Orders Under OGST Act Section 54(7) to August 30, 2020, with Possible 15-Day Extension.</h1> The Government of Odisha has amended its previous notification dated June 22, 2020, regarding the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment extends the deadline for passing orders under Section 54(7) of the OGST Act from June 29, 2020, to August 30, 2020, with a possible extension of up to fifteen additional days in certain cases. This change is effective from June 30, 2020, as per the authority granted by Section 168A of the OGST Act and based on recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council.
