of <h1>Rajasthan amends GST notification: Small businesses must file GSTR-3B for August 2020 by October 3, 2020.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, through the Finance Department's Tax Division, has issued an amendment to a previous notification under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, recommended by the Council and authorized by the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, inserts a new proviso. It stipulates that taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to five crore rupees in the previous financial year, whose principal place of business is in Rajasthan, must electronically file their GSTR-3B return for August 2020 by October 3, 2020, via the common portal.
