of <h1>Goa Extends FORM GSTR 9/9C Submission Deadline to 30th September 2020 for FY 2018-19 u/s 44.</h1> The Government of Goa, through the Department of Finance and the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C for the financial year 2018-19. Initially set by a previous notification, the new deadline is now 30th September 2020. This extension is enacted under the powers granted by Section 44 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 80 of the corresponding rules. This decision is made upon the recommendation of the Council, and the extension applies to electronic submissions via the common portal.
