of <h1>Rajasthan Amends GST Notification: New 2.5% Tax Rate for Aircraft Maintenance Services Effective April 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has amended its notification No. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-49, dated June 29, 2017, under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective April 1, 2020, the amendment introduces a new entry for maintenance, repair, or overhaul services related to aircraft, engines, and components, specifying a tax rate of 2.5%. Additionally, item (ii) in the notification now includes a reference to the newly added item (ia). This change is made in the public interest based on the recommendations of the Council.
