The amendments include substituting the word 'gold' with 'gold, silver, or platinum' throughout the notification, changing 'heading 7108' to 'Chapter 71,' and revising the definition of 'Chapter' to refer to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. These changes are effective from October 1, 2019, as per the order issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government.
