of <h1>Karnataka extends GSTR-1 filing deadline for businesses with turnover over 1.5 crore from April to September 2020.</h1> The Government of Karnataka, through the Department of Commercial Taxes, has extended the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1. This extension applies to the months from April 2020 to September 2020, with the new due date set for the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. This decision is made under the provisions of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on recommendations from the Council. Further notifications will specify deadlines for returns under section 38 for the same period.
