of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: Date Changed from 10th to 17th January 2020, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 04/2020 to amend a previous notification, No. 04/2018-State Tax, under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the date in the third proviso from '10th January, 2020' to '17th January, 2020.' This amendment is effective retroactively from 10th January, 2020. The notification was issued by the Secretary of the Commercial Tax Department, in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
