of <h1>Punjab GST Act Amended: Tamarind Dried and Leaf Plates Added to Schedule Entries 57A and 114C.</h1> The Government of Punjab has amended Notification No. S.O.18/P.A.5/2017/S.11/2017, dated June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 1, 2019, adds new entries to the Schedule. Specifically, 'Tamarind dried' is added as entry 57A, and 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark' is added as entry 114C. This amendment was enacted by the Governor of Punjab, based on the Council's recommendations, and is published by the Department of Excise and Taxation.
