of <h1>Haryana GST Act Amended: 'Bus Body Building' Now Includes Vehicle Chassis Construction Under Customs Tariff Act 1975.</h1> The Haryana Government, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 46/ST-2 dated June 30, 2017. The amendment, effective November 27, 2019, involves an addition to the table in the original notification. Specifically, an explanation is inserted under serial number 26, item (ic), clarifying that 'bus body building' includes the construction of a body on the chassis of any vehicle classified under chapter 87 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. This amendment was made by the Governor of Haryana based on the Council's recommendations.
