of <h1>India Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Jammu & Kashmir Businesses Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover to November 30, 2019.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 57/2019 - Central Tax, extending the deadline for registered persons in Jammu and Kashmir with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit their GSTR-1 returns. This extension applies to the months of July, August, and September 2019, with the new deadline set for November 30, 2019. This amendment modifies the earlier notification No. 28/2019 - Central Tax, dated June 28, 2019, and is effective from November 15, 2019.
