of <h1>Chhattisgarh Extends GSTR-1 Deadline for Businesses with Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover Until March 2020 u/s 38.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 46/2019-State Tax, dated October 9, 2019, extending the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit their GSTR-1 returns. This extension applies to the months of October 2019 to March 2020, with the new due date set for the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The notification was issued under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and further details regarding the submission of returns under section 38 will be announced in the Official Gazette.
