of <h1>Puducherry GST Amendment Rules Effective from Sept 24, 2019, u/s 164, Act 2017.</h1> The Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry has designated September 24, 2019, as the effective date for the implementation of rules 10, 11, 12, and 26 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Fourth) Amendment Rules, 2019. This decision is made under the authority of section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification, issued by the Secretary to Government (Finance), is considered effective from September 24, 2019, as per the Government Order No. 43 dated October 1, 2019.
