of <h1>Himachal Pradesh GST Update: New Tax Entries for Dried Tamarind, Leaf Plates, and Cups Effective October 2019.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh issued Notification No. 15/2019-State Tax (Rate) on October 1, 2019, amending the previous notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) from June 30, 2017. Under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendments include the addition of new entries in the tax schedule. Specifically, 'Tamarind dried' is added under serial number 57A, and 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark' under serial number 114C. These changes were made on the recommendation of the Council and took effect on October 1, 2019.
