of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Reconstitutes GST Appellate Authority; New Notification Supersedes 2018 Order, Effective Upon Gazette Publication.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued a notification under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, superseding a previous department notification dated 17th July 2018. The notification reconstitutes the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, comprising the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Chandigarh Zone, and the Commissioner of State Tax and Excise, Himachal Pradesh. This reconstitution will take effect upon publication in the Himachal Pradesh Rajpatra (e-gazette). The order is issued by the Principal Secretary of Excise and Taxation to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
