of <h1>GSTR-1 Submission Deadline Extended for July-Sept 2019 for Businesses Over 1.5 Crore Turnover in Bihar.</h1> The due date for submitting FORM GSTR-1 for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees has been extended for the months of July 2019 to September 2019. This extension, authorized by the Commissioner under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, allows submissions until the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The deadlines for furnishing details or returns under sections 38(2) and 39(1) for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette. This notification is issued by the Commercial Tax Department of Bihar.
