of <h1>Bihar Tax Dept Sets Oct 31 Deadline for GSTR-1 Filing for Small Businesses Under GST Rules 2017.</h1> The notification issued by the Bihar Commercial Tax Department on July 3, 2019, prescribes the due date for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of July to September 2019. These registered persons must submit their details of outward supply of goods or services by October 31, 2019, as per the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification is issued under the authority of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, with further details to be published in the Official Gazette.
