of <h1>Nagaland GST Act Amendment: Dates Changed from 10th to 20th in Notification and Annexure IV, Effective May 2019.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has issued an amendment to the notification dated 30th June 2017, under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from 10th May 2019, involves changes to the notification F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1) 'N'. Specifically, in the table against serial number 3, items (ie) and (if), the date '10th' is replaced with '20th' in column (5). Similarly, in Annexure IV, the date '10th' is substituted with '20th' in both instances where it appears. This change is made in the public interest as per the Council's recommendations.
