of <h1>Uttar Pradesh GST Act Update: Input Tax Credit for Certain Goods Lapses Retroactively from July 27, 2018.</h1> The notification amends a previous order under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It specifies that the input tax credit accumulated on supplies received from August 1, 2018, for certain goods listed in the notification, will not be applicable. Additionally, any unutilized accumulated input tax credit for these goods, pertaining to inward supplies received up to July 31, 2018, will lapse. This amendment is retroactively effective from July 27, 2018.
