This amendment, referenced as TGST Notification No. 15/2018, dated September 10, 2018, was made by the Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana, based on the Council's recommendations. It specifies that the return in FORM GSTR-3B for July 2018 must be submitted electronically via the common portal by August 24, 2018.
