of <h1>Mizoram Govt Amends GST Notification: Priority Sector Lending Certificates Can Be Supplied Between Registered Persons, Effective May 2018.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued Notification No. 11/2018-State Tax (Rate), amending Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from May 28, 2018, the amendment introduces a new serial number and entry in the existing notification. It specifies that Priority Sector Lending Certificates, classified under any chapter, can be supplied by any registered person to any registered person. This change is made under the authority granted by section 9(3) of the Act, following the recommendations of the Council.
