of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Reconstitutes Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee u/r 123 of GST Rules 2017.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued a notification, under rule 123 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, to supersede a previous notification dated 5th September 2017. This new notification reconstitutes the Screening Committee on anti-profiteering with two officers: the Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax, Himachal Pradesh, and the Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Himachal Pradesh. The changes take effect from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh. The notification is authorized by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
