of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Reconstitutes GST Advance Ruling Authority with New Joint Commissioners.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has reconstituted the Authority for Advance Ruling under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This reconstitution is done by superseding a previous notification dated November 15, 2017. The newly appointed officers to the Authority are the Joint Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise and the Joint Commissioner of CGST, both from Himachal Pradesh. This notification will become effective upon its publication in the Rajpatra of Himachal Pradesh.
