of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends State Tax Notification No. 16/2018, Changing Effective Date from May 20 to May 22, 2018.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 16/2018-State Tax, originally dated 23rd March 2018. This amendment, effective from 18th May 2018, changes the date in the original notification from '20th May 2018' to '22nd May 2018' in the specified table entry. The amendment is made under the authority of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax and Special Secretary, in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
