of <h1>E-way Bills Not Needed for Intra-State Goods Movement in Uttarakhand Effective April 1, 2018, per Rule 138(14)(d).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Uttarakhand has issued a notification stating that the generation of e-way bills is not required for the intra-state movement of goods within Uttarakhand. This exemption is effective from April 1, 2018, and will remain in place until further notice. The notification was issued under the authority of clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2018.
