of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir Rescinds SRO 16 Notification u/s 164 of GST Act, Effective Retroactively from February 2018.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through its Finance Department, has rescinded Notification No. SRO 16 dated January 11, 2018, under the powers granted by section 164 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted before the rescission. The change is effective retroactively from February 2, 2018. The order is issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
